By accessing or using MMO Top Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Use of Service

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws, to impersonate any person or entity, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting server listings, reviews, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading server information; post spam or unsolicited advertising; manipulate vote counts through proxies, VPNs, automation, or incentivised fake accounts; abuse the Postback or Vote Reward API to attack third-party systems; scrape the site using automated tools without prior written permission; or engage in any behaviour that harms other users, disrupts the service, or violates applicable law.

Voting Rules

Each IP address may cast one vote per server every 12 hours. Vote counts and rankings reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. Inflating votes through proxies, VPNs, bot scripts, incentivised fake accounts, or any other automation is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal of affected votes, deactivation of the listing, forfeiture of any purchased votes or plan time, and banning of the associated account without refund.

Payments & Refunds

Golden Listing plans and vote packs are paid digital products processed by PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable fees where required by law. Because these products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds, except where required by consumer protection law (e.g. duplicate charges or failure to deliver). To request a refund under those circumstances, contact billing@mmotopforge.com within 14 days of the charge and include your PayPal transaction ID.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MMO Top Forge. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMO Top Forge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
