For paid products we store a transaction reference, amount, and status received from PayPal; we do not store your full payment card details.

Cookies

Third-Party Services

We share data with the minimum number of processors needed to run the service: PayPal (payment processing), Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection on sign-up and vote forms), Google Analytics (usage insights, loaded only after you accept the cookie banner), and Resend (transactional emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset). Each processor is contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service.

IP Address & Vote Anti-Fraud

When you cast a vote we record your IP address and a timestamp to enforce the one-vote-per-IP-per-server-per-12-hours limit and to detect abuse such as proxy rings or automated voting. IP addresses are retained only as long as necessary to enforce these limits and investigate suspicious activity, and are not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Payments

Golden Listing plans and vote packs are processed by PayPal. When you make a purchase, PayPal collects and handles your payment card or account details under its own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and the payment status, which we store so we can deliver your purchase, issue receipts, and respond to disputes. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics & Consent

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them via the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics requests are sent from your browser. Regardless of your choice, we may still collect anonymous technical information (such as error logs) necessary for the site to operate.
